I purchased a group of serving trays on clearence from Staples.com. After receiving my shipment, which was timely, I found one tray to be broken. I was very pleased to see that I could return the product to the brick and morter store. My only down side is that you have to wait in lines at the store, and that is with a small number of customers at the check out. Overall I was pleased.

I was looking for cable and internet service at a good rate. Comcast worked with me to give me a good deal and would renew the offers on request. I really appreciate their flexibility with me.
