I had a minor leak in my roof last year and I was recommended JDM Roofing. Friendly. efficient and kept the area clean. While patching the roof they suggested I consider having it changed in the near future to avoid needing any further patch jobs. I got the quote and was presently surprised at the cost as it was quite a but lower than what I was expecting. I scheduled them for the this summer and our neighbor decided to do theirs at the same time to benefit from sharing the delivery costs. We are both very happy with the work and the extra steps they took to keep the area around the house clean of debris. They did such a great job I had them do my siding and Jason nailed the colour bang on. I would refer them to anyone and the warranty is just that extra layer or reassurance.
