From spring cleanup to winter cleanup, Dan and his assistant, Cerel, have done a thorough job. We have a nicer looking lawn than ever and the garden bed edges are exactly as we like them to be. As a plus they are both such nice guys and ready to do whatever extra is required. We are so very glad that we have their services and we look forward to their return next spring. A great company!

I was very impressed with Rachel, from the Mr. Rooter office in Hamilton, who managed to get someone to come to our home at short notice and to Josh who came to fix a very leaky valve on our furnace humidifier. Josh was able to fix the problem instead of replacing the costly valve. Both were extremely pleasant.

On the recommendation of a relative who said that the best money he had spent this year was for grass cutting, I got the name of the company he hired, Natural Elements, and had Dan come to give us an estimate. We are very pleased that we hired him because he has managed to turn our weedy, unhealthy looking lawn and unkempt gardens into something very pleasing. Our grass looks healthier than it ever has, even though we have used a well-known lawn care service, and our garden beds are beautifully edged and have just the look we have always wanted to achieve but have never got right. As an added bonus, Dan is very friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. We are so happy with his work that we have hired him to do the lawn maintenance, fertilization, weed control etc. for next year and our neighbours are so impressed that they have hired him as well. He cleans windows too and we have had him do that job and, of course, the windows look great. I would recommend Dan to any of my friends without hesitation.
