Great deals here. Though, everything is mostly self-serve: you must browse the galleries yourself, pick up the items from the warehouse, and load the things into your car. Self assembly is also required, but it was easy to put everything together. Instructions were mostly in pictures with limited text. Sometimes I found this confusing.

I went back here several times. Only ended up buying something the last time. Went to look at items several times, but wasn't completely satisfied. Wanted to add some barstools to the kitchen area. Okay selection, though store isn't as big as I expected it to be.

This store had a large selection. There were lots of styles and options to choose from. The prices were also quite decent for nicely made pieces. I would go back again anytime for more purchases. Staff are good, and deliver great service.

The selection is second to none, with brands most people have never heard of. Oh, and of course, all the ones they have. Also cool is the fact that the people know what they're talking about! Don't waste your time and money at The Home Depot, where the staff is far less helpful and knowledble .

I hired One Stop to install double-pane windows. I am writing now because recent remodeling in my house revealed that One Stop never bothered to put any weather stripping between the window frame and the house. I learned this fact when I removed the skimpy wood stripping that held the windows in place. I could see outside through openings all along the window. That explains the constant street noise and the fact that the windows leaked during rains. The wet floor borads attracted termites and undermined a structural beam resulting in costly repairs. This is particularly distrubing because I specifically asked them if weather stipping was installed and they told me it was. I recall during the job they damaged window frames and failed to measure properly requiring repeated work. The old windows were fine but were single pane. However, One Stop's leaky, poorly installed double-pane windows One Stop caused more damage and functioned poorly. I would never hire them again.

The service is terrible, so it would be reccomended that if you don't know what's going on, don't go to Lovelady. The staff is untrained and ignorant in the field of home improvement hardware and supplies. BUT the selection is insurmountable. Don't expect to enter a small mom and pop establishement with only a few tools left and right. This place is about half the size of your average Home Depot.

They did a good job helping me get my floor completed. Started out with carpet, had to remove it all. Then start installing the wood floors. Appreciated their patience and willingness to explain the woods and carpets to me for several hours.
