June 13, 2020, Jawad was hired to complete a couple outdoor projects. He received his requested down-payment. The next day he was to return to complete the job; he never did. He made several excuses over the following weeks and months. So in September, I asked for reimbursement and canceled his service. He failed to refund my money. I therefore contacted BBB and filled out a complaint. I feel it is important that people are aware of such practices. Chrys
