I went shopping for a bed frame for my son. I was looking for in stock items and had a couple questions about the frames they had and could not locate an associate from the store to help me. I finally found one after 10 minutes and going to look for someone outside of the department only to be told to hold on while they page the associate, so I asked the girl to send them to where the beds were that I would wait there. after 10 minutes of waiting for both the page over the intercom and for someone to arrive neither one came so I got fed up and left. I think that you should either review your employees more carefully or get better staffed. Unpleased and will not be shopping at that store again.

I will never forget my first visit. I walked in and Jenny was right there willing to help me. They gave me a great deal for the 55 inch flat screen television I chose. Their delivery time was outstanding and they were all so great and helpful associates. I remember I had to go out of town and where I lived at the time did not leave me feeling comfortable about leaving the tv there unattended. I spoke with the guys and they were more then willing to pick up the t.v. and hold it for me till I moved. After I had moved, I was in need for a new couch, I was skeptical about transferring my file to where I moved in order to use a come back special I had received from the St. Catharine's store. I was in the Mississauga store and received a call from Chris at the St.Catharines store asking me why I hadn't called them about the couch, only to find out that they would deliver to me despite my move out of town. I was over joyed to hear such great news and was amazed at how helpful they have been to me. As of this year I have been with this company over a year and have had no complaints about the company or about the employees. I will continue to stay with the St. Catharine's location as I have built a rapore with them and love the warm and welcoming feeling I get whenever I go in to visit. Thanks guys- Jenny, John, Chris, Darcy, Greg and Dave. You guys are the best.

I needed my stove in my basement apt repaired and I heard from word of mouth about the appliance guy. I gave a quick call, i believe his name was mark or joe that helped me and was very effiecient on setting up a date to come out and take a look as I was without stove for several days with young children. The day came where they came and looked at it and fixed it in no time. I was able to start using it within an hour of them showing up. I would reccommend them because of their quick and efficient service.

I had my alarm installed a cpl years ago, but was unaware that you could write a review. I had mine installed, and from what i remember they were on time quick and effiecient. The guy showed me how to operate the system and was very helpful as this was my first time installing one in my home. I would definately reccommend ADT to anyone and if I moved into another house I would call them before anyone
