We called out Rhyno's when our 20 year old unit wouldn't restart, hoping that a new motor would be all that was required. But we were informed that a new motor wasn't possible, due to the age of the unit. We went ahead with their suggestion of a completely new installation. The engineer arived when promised, completed the work and charged exactly the amount quoted. He even added a remote switch upstairs for us, to avoid trips up and down to the basement. I would recommend this company.

I always use Nova Scotia Building Supplies to buy the pellets for my stove, as they have free delivery. This year, because I was on their list of customers, they called me in the summer to offer me a preferential rate. I took them up on the offer and they were delivered the next week. They are an excellent company with friendly, helpful staff. I never go anywhere else.
