Niall & his team did a phenomenal job helping us transform our bedroom from its outdated state to a new space. After the initial reach out, he came quickly to do a walkthrough and figure out what could be achieved and followed up soon after with a quote. He was helpful in outlining our options and providing advice and ideas we hadn't thought of. We needed drywalling, trim, pot lights, a window bench and closets installed. Partway through, we also discovered a new floor was needed and Niall lined up his contacts to manage the installation. He helped us figure out how to best use the space from a stairway bulkhead to maximize closet space. Niall and his team were professional and polite, they kept the space clean and worked to contain as much of the dust as possible! They did quality work and kept to their timeline. We were very pleased with the end result and would certainly recommend Niall's team to others!

Anton came to provide a buyers' home inspection for us and did a phenomenal job. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and took the time to walk through the house with us to call out what he was seeing along the way. He provided his views on the significance of various findings as well as recommendations on approach to improve and how we would go about doing so. We were very appreciative of his time and felt very confident in the report we received (quite quickly!) after his home inspection was complete.
