Poor Workmanship: Doesn't Stand Behind his Work and Word
In October 2018 Colin and his crew came to our house to change eavestrough and downspout on our roof. The downspout was throwing water right over our steps. Colin guaranteed his workmanship for 10 years, he signed the paper confirm this, see attached. In April 2019 we had the same problem with the downspout. Colin came back and 'fixed' the issue. In 2021 the same downspout has the same problem. We called, texed and filed the complaint with BBB but Colin never responded. Colin's work and his word are shoddy and Colin does not stand either behind his work or his word. Once Colin gets paid for his poor quality work all communication ceases. Avoid this unscrupulous business. In case somebody is interested I have the text messages to substantiate the above.
