I've been using them from last 2 years and have always been satisfied with their service. Very polite and organized with a quick response. Recently I had a terrible roach infestation. The first treatment knocked most of them out, but there were still stragglers. They came back for a second treatment free of charge. So this company stands behind its work. What really made it a pleasant experience was dealing with the exterminator who came out. He was super courteous and thorough in his treatments. I appreciate his professionalism and if I ever need pest control again I will know who to call.
