Work was minimal. Cost of replacement part was minimal. Total cost of over $300 was excessive.

If it takes an hour longer to complete the work as outlined, there is no extra cost to you, the customer. We value integrity in our pricing and our by-the-job pricing reflects that. Our desktop computer had been slowing down for some time, then came to a complete halt. We contacted PC Service On Site (based on reviews on HomeStars!) and Peter responded very quickly. He offered to repair the computer, but recommended replacement based on age - more things would go wrong, and probably soon. He got the new PC, installed and set it up the next day, and we were up and running in no time. I would describe Peter and Meredith as straight-forward, competent, and trustworthy. We were very happy with their service!

We often set up new computers for our clients. We do not carry inventory. We are not a retail store. We research and recommend computers based on our clients needs and budget. As a part of our service we will purchase the computer on behalf of our clients.

We have used Finer Edge on a couple of prior occasions and were delighted with their work. This job was done on time, very professionally and with a great clean up on their part. Good job Vince!
