We recently had a new pool and spa built. This is the first pool we have owned and naturally, we have a lot of questions about maintenance and the proper chemical levels. The customer service at Mission Pool & Spa Supply has been fabulous. They are friendly and helpful and will work with you to diagnose problems. Unlike many stores, they do not try to sell you products that you do not need. We have appreciated their advice and highly recommend them to anyone in need of pool supplies.

We recently decided to makeover my daughter's room. The one item I had the most difficult time with was the window treatment. I went to We-R-Fabrics for ideas. The staff was very knowledgeable and gave me several different ideas. I decided to make a custom fabric-covered cornice. I was able to find fabric and trim that matched the bedding we had chosen perfectly! The fabric and trim selection is the largest I have found and the items are of high quality. The trim does seem to be slightly high priced to me, but I am willing to pay a little more for the convenience of finding everything I need in one place. In the past, they have also been able to refer me to seamstresses/upholsterers for jobs that have been too big for me to tackle myself.

We had a minor flood in our upstairs laundry room which spread into our hallway. Since our original hardwood had been discontinued, we had to replace all of the hardwood flooring. (We have hardwood flooring throughout the upstairs and on the stairs as well.) The owner, Al, of CCD Interiors was helpful in providing flooring options and in making sure that our project was completed on schedule. Since the entire upstairs was impacted and we did not want to move out of the house while the project was in process, it was very important to have things completed quickly. The installers were very professional and repectful while in our home. They worked diligently and completed the flooring in just one week. If you are thinking about changing your flooring, I would highly recommend talking to CCD Interiors.

The first summer after moving into our home, we found ants everywhere (bathrooms, bedrooms, the kitchen, upstairs, downstairs...). One of our neighbors recommended Nature Rite Pest Management. We are so thankful that they did. Nature Rite was able to effectively get our ant problems under control by treating both the exterior and the interior of the house. I was very concerned about the use of potential dangerous chemicals inside the home since we have small children and pets. The solution that Nature Rite used was child and pet safe, and there was never any odor or smell from it. They have continued to service our home for a few years now. The exterior of our home is sprayed every other month and the cost is $65 per treatment. We have not had any ants in our home since the initial problem, and have been very pleased with the high level of service from Nature Rite Pest Management!

We recently contacted Plumbing Concepts to repair a toilet that was dripping. Scheduling an appointment was an easy process. We were given a 4 hour window of time during which the technician was due to arrive and were told that he/she would call 30 mintues prior. Our technician did in fact call while en route and was prompt. While servicing the toilet, he was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and could effectively communicate the problem to me. He replaced the necessary parts and had our toilet working again very quickly. Next time we have the need for a plumber, we will definitely contact Plumbing Concepts!

Our experience with Shoreline was wonderful. They built a pool and spa for us and did some additional hardscape. The project was completed on time (about 3 months) and on budget. Employees were professional and courteous at all times. Their follow-up service has been outstanding as well. We would highly recommend them!
