We bought a beautiful wooden toybox (299), rocking horse (199), and other things that are painted and personlized at this store in steamtown mall. They were cute but when I wiped them down with a clorox wipe the paint smeared - they wont fix and they dont take returns. Pretty over-priced too.

We called a few places around and when we wanted to clean out our basement/attic they offered a very competitive price. 10' (2 ton) was about 340-350 and the 20' huge thing was 400-420 (3tons)

I thought I had mold in my basement and possible mold from a water leak. They came evaluated the basement - advised it was calcium deposits. They gave me the name of another company to test the air of my home for mold spores. Very knowledgable and friendly.

These reps made a block time appointment. They showed up, worked quietly, set up my tvs, showed me how to use it and left. They didnt leave enough cable, so I called and they came back - no charge and installed a bigger cable.

They lost our custom order info... then they applied our downpayment to another customer and we had to pay down payment 2 times and PROVE we did before they would consider fixing it. Then they forgot to place the order, the order was dented. It took all day to fix and they were rude in the process.

Took awhile to get these guys out and then when they did come they came earlier than they were supposed to and took longer too...but they didnt charge more than the estimate.
