I called Lemon Tree Landscaping after seeing the awesome job they did on my sister's lawn. Lemon Tree landscapes arranged a date and finally came to my lawn for a complete teardown of my existing lawn and soil preparation. Their work was very professional and they removed all traces of the previous lawn and prepared it with top soil and aeration. The following day they arrived early and installed the new sod. At first there were gaps in between the sod but after following the sod care instructions on the site and waiting one and a half months, the sod now looks seamless and there are no gaps.
