He also fixed a door hinge that had been giving me issues, without charge, just cause I asked him for advice on it. He was patient with his explanation of the issues and he was incredibly fair with the pricing. In fact he only charged 250 in total but I wanted to tip him for his exemplary workmanship and service, which brings the total a bit higher
