Norine was very responsive and professional- as was her team. The team were on time for the job, explained to me the process (I'm a newcomer to Canada and knew NOTHING about ducts, furnaces, clothes dryer vents, etc) I'm astounded at how much debris I could hear being extracted- it's a very old home and it would appear they have never been cleaned!
