Good service at a reasonable rate. We needed to waterproof our cold room, under the front porch, that had a crack going all around the front walls and leaked a bunch whenever it rained. J A Seal was punctual and kept mostly to themselves. They would call me to see how things were progressing or to get payment at the end. If theres one sticking point Id say its the quote/charge/payment process which could have been dealt with in a clearer and upfront way. Thanks!

I gave Shamar a laundry list of electrical tasks including light switches, outlets, wiring and a shower pot light. He asked to come over to have a look at the place before giving a quote. From the get go he demonstrated a lot of knowledge, honesty and a laid-backness that made our communication really easy and pleasant. He came back and did everything perfectly.

They called ahead of time to confirm they would be arriving at the scheduled time (they mention in advance that traffic sometimes causes delays). In that call, I mentioned that I had an important work call 30 minutes after they arrived, so after they got here, they made sure to clean up the area close to my home office, so that I could close my door and have my call undisturbed. They also asked me to put things like toothbrushes away because there could be some dust. The only negative thing was that there was a lot more dust than anticipated and I would have wished to put more things away from the vents, especially in the bathroom, but no big deal, I cleaned all the dust after they left.
