I needed a special key made that they didn't have a blank for the matched to the key I had.the key was for a handycap scooter & they were able to custom make this key that worked excellent.They were very helpful.I don't believe anyone else would have done this.Also this is a awesome hardware & grocery store.I love the store & the staff is very friendly.

I needed fabric to redover our chais & I found the perfect fabric at hancock fabrics.They have a good selection of upholstry fabric in stock which is nice.The prices were reasonable & the staff was a lot of help.

I need to have a part for my lawnmower & to have a part worked on also.The parts department is very busy most of the time & I had to wait about 10-15 minutes before I was waited on but,they did have my part & they were able to fix the part I needed worked on while I was there so I didn't have to come back later.My only concern is waiting for someone to help you.
