We hired on BBC about 2 years ago to do a lighting fixture in our kitchen. They were quite efficient in the work and did a good job, but they were over 2 hours late and their representative was quite rude. I didn't feel like a valuable customer when they came to us. Their work was great..but the customer service needs some work.
