My husband and I had a problem with some of the trim the installer from BTM installed, as well as some incomplete jobs that were not finished. There were areas of very poor workmanship with the trim installation. When calling to inform the manager of this problem, the manager stated that the individual that installed the trim had been there longer then he has, and that there was no way he did a poor job. The customer in this case was blamed for BTM problems/errors. Very poor customer service, and I will not be using this company again.
