David and his male helper arrived 5 minutes early, he walked through both levels of our home where carpets needed to be cleaned and two recliner chairs. How did they do? In a word - amazing! There was one particular large stain in the master bedroom that was there from a prior owner that looked like a rust stain created by an old lamp. Well, I just didn't think it would come out. Oh ye of little faith -- not only is it completely gone, but I had a hard time finding where the stain was originally! Even more stains throughout each room were removed from the carpet and only one undetermined yellow stain that was really bad and very visible, was reduced substantially and made less visible. We would gladly use Allergy Relief Cleaning Services again and they will most likely be coming on an annual basis before summer begins. Thanks again guys for being so thorough and professional. The entire job took about 2.5 hours.

I reached out to Ivy League in August to provide me with a quote and work to be done to install a bathroom ceiling fan in our master bathroom. Dealing with Danielle (Administrative Coordinator) was a delight because she's very professional and quick to provide responses to emails and/or phone calls. Her quote was fair and accurate too. On September 27th, both technicians, David and Cam, came to supply and install our new bathroom exhaust fan and switch plate in our master bathroom, and they also supplied and installed the required ducting to the roof vent to be done in spring 2022. They were thorough, professional, fast but accurate and I highly recommend their electrical services.

Natalie and Tony came to paint our entire interior home starting in September and ending in mid-December after we asked for a two month break to get our basement decluttered and organized for painting. Natalie knows her colours, so if you pick a colour for any wall, DO ask for her opinion and DO take her advice! I promise you will not be disappointed 'cuz she knows her stuff. Tony is a true artist that doesn't get the recognition he deserves. If you tell Tony your vision of certain walls that you want accented, he will do it and exceed your expectations. They are the sweetest couple you will ever meet and they are good at what they do - painting and creating memorable accent walls. I'm still amazed that they don't use green tape before starting to work, and they will do touch-ups on the walls that need it before they begin painting. Even though there were two hiccups with colours that were chosen for our den and basement, they fixed it and they have literally transformed our entire home into a colourful creative masterpiece. I highly recommend Natik Painting and I would absolutely hire them again should the need arise. I already miss seeing Natalie's warm smile and hearing her friendly "good morning!"; laughing at her cute personal emoji text messages and listening to Tony's memorable and meaningful artistic stories. I contacted HomeStars to find a reputable company to clean the interior ducts and vents inside my home. I got a prompt response from Capps Duct Cleaning Service by email and then by phone to book an appointment. When Robert came to my home yesterday, he was professional, friendly, efficient, and took time to explain the process to me and how this cleaning benefits our home's air quality, which promotes good health. Our townhouse is 2 levels with a finished basement. He was finished in 1.15 hours. When he showed me the dirt that was extracted, I was blown away. Robert was also kind enough to show me that our furnace was very dirty and the unfinished upstairs laundry room dryer vent also needed to be cleaned so that if we decide to install a laundry unit in there, it will perform more efficiently. Robert also made an extra effort to check that everything was in working order with our furnace, no gas leaks and that our humidifier filter was excessively dirty and needed to be changed. He had one on hand inside his truck and it was replaced. Excellent customer service and I didn't feel like I was being upsold on anything, but he wanted me to know the issues going on inside our home. If I didn't want him to address it at that time, I was free to say no, but of course, I said yes because we just moved into our lovely home in July, 2021 and I wanted to make sure that we take good care of it from the inside out. In my opinion, this was money well spent and I would gladly use Capps again two years from now when this process needs to be repeated. Know that you will not be disappointed with Robert's professionalism and dedication to what he does to improve the air quality of your home not to forget this process also improves the efficiency of your furnace/air conditioner.

I contacted HomeStars to find a reputable company to clean the interior and exterior windows of our recently acquired resale home. Upon sending my request, I got an immediate response from Danielle of Performance Property Services by email, and then by Adam via text message providing me with a quote. Two days later, both Joseph and Jaime arrived today and did a good job cleaning all of our windows and sliding doors. They were finished in 1 hour! Our basement window looks like it had not been cleaned in many years. So it was a bit tricky as some of the exterior windows cannot be removed. Of the ones that could be removed, Jamie did a good job in cleaning them, then leaving it open so now we get some fresh airflow in the basement.
