I have used this company before for my closet organizer in my bedroom and it was excellent. They are quick and professional and I'm happy with the service. I would recommend them to family and friends and in fact I do recommend them.

I was very excited to learn about this security screen door. We wanted to be able to leave our kitchen door open in the summer, but our cat is an indoor cat and the last screen door we had she ran right through the screen and escaped! This door is supposed to be able to withstand a knife blade and other security attacks so will hopefully be able to withstand our 9lb cat escape attempts! Anyway, the installer called and made an appointment for a date that worked for us. I asked him to call prior to arrival, which he did. He installed it without any issue and we are so far very pleased with the door. It even has a special locking mechanism that allows you to leave the door open and be secure as it cannot even be pried open as it locks all up the frame in multiple spots. We are looking forward to a cooler summer and are happy with the general simple look of the frame of the door, and are pleased with the installation. The only thing that would have been nice is a choice of hardware. The hardware that is standard is black, including the hinges, which are visible, and we don't have any black hardware on our house. The door handle is not that attractive. Perhaps they will offer hardware options in the future.

All I can say is "wow"! These young guys are hard working and committed to excellence. Tristan was superbly helpful and polite. Each step of the way was explained and even when he had to come back due to an unexpected circumstance, he met the inconvenience with grace and consideration. Sometimes trades people have a way of making you feel like everything is your fault and treat you with disregard. NOT THESE GUYS!! Friendly, helpful, skilled, hardworking, reasonably priced and committed. That's how I would describe them. If you want to get a job done and are concerned about who you are hiring, then hire these guys because you WON'T be disappointed!!

The pot lights turned out better than originally planned due to that unexpected circumstance. :) They will look great once the drywall repair is finished. The guys at Ben's Drywall are bar none the best. They have a commitment to perfection that is what we all desire yet seldom see in the trades! No need to watch over their work to make sure they're doing it right. You can tell by their helpful attitudes that they are giving 110% effort. Pride in workmanship is evident and I would hire them again in an instant. Thank you so much for a great job!

The pricing was very good which is what impacted our decision to use this company. The sales person was professional and thorough promising a high quality job. We had discussed cleaning of the trim in certain areas where there was mold/mildew and he said no problem it would be scrubbed first. When the painters showed up, they were left unsupervised and I happened to notice them rolling right over the mold/mildew parts. I had to ask them to please stop and I called the sales rep directly. He then spoke with the painter and told them to clean it first. Of course, they had no TSP with them (so I'm not sure how they were supposed to clean it first as promised) and so I had to give them some and a bucket (which they also didn't have). After that I checked on them periodically to ensure the job was being done as promised. The painters were very pleasant and hard working but I'm not sure of their painting experience or level of quality but the job was completed in a reasonable timeframe. After the job was completed we did find a few spots that needed touch up and the sales person did come and do those touchups with no problems. The strange thing is that they left their ladders and equipment on our property for days, and their power washer was left here for weeks without asking us if that was OK. Then one day it was just gone so I'm assuming they picked it up. They also used our hose and nozzle to clean their brushes and the hose and nozzle are now covered in paint and were not cleaned. Anyway, for the money, it was as good as you're going to get. They did do what was promised and they did come back and touch up anything I pointed out. The effort was definitely there with the professionalism and quality a bit lacking.

That's not how our operators are trained to run their businesses. Sorry! Any painters without adequate experience should never be left without a qualified Crew Chief and dirt should never be painted over. We had Milani install our furnace in October 2012. They offered a competitive price and 300 bonus Air Miles. They are also a large well established company which helped in their favour with my choice of companies. The installation went well and they had to come back to change the drain as they decided (without asking me) to drain the condensate pump into my laundry room sink. I had to follow up several times to get the installer back but they came and cheerfully made the change. The only downside is post sale responsiveness. I have had a few questions regarding the rebate and other things, and with each question I called the office, called the sales rep (several times) and emailed them. All attempts at communication went unresponded to. It was simply due to my persistance and constant calling that I eventually got answers to my questions. The concerns me going forward in our relationship if I ever need warranty work or anything as their complete lack of response to my messages is quite unprofessional. Let's hope the furnace is as good as they say so I don't have to find out!
