Confirms work. Has great suggestions to help stay within budget. Cleans up area after work / respectful of living quarters while reno was underway. Project was completed on time. Very happy with care and quality of work. I have also contracted Richard in 2011, for a kitchen reno, which was a hug success. Thanks for being someone who stands behind their work.
