We were having problems with flickering lights which seemed to get worse by the day. We called 311 and they inspected the outside connection. After looking outside and inside the house they told us that the problem was a damaged fuse inside the disconnect panel. They proceeded to shut off the electricity. It was December and we were in an emergency situation. After a high quote from one electrical company, we got a more favourable one from Mario.
