From the first phone call to Consumer's Choice, I had contact with very professional and knowledge staff. The sales person whom came out was personable and it was very clear that they enjoy their job and customer service. The installer was just as personable, was very professional and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Consumers Choice and actually already have recommended them to my neighbour!

I called Pest Zone and spoke with Gancy about an issue I have with bald head hornets. Even though we didn't end up needing his services, Gancy was friendly, helpful and informative about what we should do. I would highly recommend Pest Zone! Thank you again Gancy!

We put a down payment on a crib/dresser set (via credit card) at this store and decided against purchasing it as we were able to find one at a better price. The man who owns the store told us that if he did not call us by the following Tuesday that he would "understand" if we did not want to go through with the purchase. He contacted us on the Wednesday at which point I said I did not want to purchase the crib. He HUNG UP the phone on me!! I called back and thought it was a mistake, and he vehemently told me that he did it on purpose!! I told him he was unprofessional and requested my money back immediately, he then hung up the phone on me again. Needless to say I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and have them reversed. I subsequently received a cheque in the mail from the Baby's Room reimbursing me. WORST STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!

We purchased a garage door opener from Sears and had it installed by a Sears contractor. The service was prompt and we love our garage opener! no issues to date!

We hired this contractor to complete fences to separate our property from our 3 neighbours as well as put in a gate. During our first meeting to complete a quote, we were told that the job would take 2 days with 5 workers completing the work. We were also promised to have a double gate put in for the same price based on the multiple projects being done at the same time. Later, this offer was recanted (double fence). The work is okay, the job took almost a week and there were gaps at the bottom of the fence that I had to request were fixed. Overall, would not recommend this company as they did not keep their word, had slow/lack luster workers and the work was passable but nothing to be that happy about.
