Great dealing with the owner except for getting a quote. Asked numerous times but did not receive. He kept saying it would be about $10 - $12,000 but in the end it was $20,000. The workmen and owner were very nice to deal with and the work excellent, but the cost was double what we were planning.

This Company does more than just carpets - they are a total restoration firm. Probably a little more expensive that a basic carpet cleaning business, but well worth it. They are experts at stains. They got one out that I'd had for years and other cleaners couldn't remove. Their people were on time and professional. Highly recommend them.
