They came to our house to install an in ground sprinkler system. This system has worked flawlessly since day one. The only minor hiccups were a few leaks but they were fixed right away. All around good system and great service. They came and worked efficiently and were done within a day. Would definitely use again.

We have purchased numerous items from Thomas. Exceptional service and just overall nice people who work there. You will not be disappointed with service. Recently, we had them come out and take down some trees on our property which needed to come down. They did excellent work and did not mess up the lawn like some other companies might do. Overall very pleased.

They came and cleaned our carpets after several years of use because they were due for a good cleaning. After they were done it was hard to see how the carpets were any different. There were several spots which still appeared to be dirty.

They have pretty nice things but you get what comes along with buying things from a nursery instead of out of the Wal-Mart parking lot, high prices. While purchasing some things, you want to spend the extra money to get something nice but for your average everyday plants that will likely be eaten by the deer it isn't really the place to shop. Nice people but if you are looking for cheap flowers go elsewhere.

Overall a somewhat pleasant experience. They came and installed a fridge as part of a new home build and the drinking water dispenser located on the front of the unit broke several times causing water to gush out of the fountain thing. Was somewhat of a pain to get fixed but they came out and fixed it. Nice people.
