Over priced products. But good customer service. Purchased a Logitech 2.1 speaker set and it crapped out in two weeks. Their customer service was nice enough to exchange it no questions asked. For their no hassles return they get 5 stars.

I used their loan a tool program. Staff was very friendly and offered the right suggestions for the job. Took the time to explain what tools I needed to repaint and redo my kitchen.
