We purchased wood flooring for our home.The employee was very helpful,and kind. I like going there, because they are so helpful,and take the time to help you.I also very rarely have to walk around trying to find help.

the bell,the tech who installed was good,but did leave a mess.Also the first time they were suppose to come out,they didnt. The customer service over the phone is much better,and for the most part they solve the problem fast.
