Their warranties overshadow what the cheaper companies offer, creating great peace of mind. With the wet climate we have in Vancouver, it is better to have the job done right the first time by a company who backs up their service with a good warranty. Overall, this company was a pleasure to deal with, and I felt it was money well spent.

This company installed the alarm system for my home. The technician was pleasant, an older gentleman. Seemed like he had over 20 years of experience, had a vest and belt equipped with every tool imaginable. I didn’t feel rushed, as he carefully explained every aspect of the security system to us. As for the monitoring service, you can bargain with this company a little bit after a reasonable amount of continued patronage with them.
