Satisfied Senior

Gianmarco and his crew from M-Tech created a perfect space for my grown children & 6 grandchildren. They customized a space under the stairs to give the illusion of a little playhouse with cedar shingles, although at first, they were hesitant thinking that perhaps this would not be a good resale idea but it can still be used as a storage area or for pets. However, my family, friends and visitors LOVE the unique space. It keeps the kiddies happy and so the Dads watching sports on tv by the fireplace are also happy! The party kitchen with microwave, sink and refrigerator allow the mom/dads to prepare snack foods etc. for all. The place has amazing lighting and lots of switches. Electrical outlets are plentiful and in good locations. Connor and Eugene were punctual and happy to give me their opinions when asked and had good rationale for their thoughts. (i.e. choosing vertical or horizontal boards for the feature tv/fireplace wall and also the playhouse) The staircase downstairs looks amazing since I asked for the wall to be removed so it has a more spacious feel and the look is brighter. It will also be better for moving large furniture down from upstairs. Everything was done to code so I feel my family is safe in that special sanctuary.

Cost is based on number of windows and I have many in my two storey 4 bedroom townhome -Employees are punctual, courteous and friendly -Work was done so that no streaks in windows with this special system After my gutters were cleaned, the debris was shown to me so that I knew the job was truly done. It it was explained that no large trees were in proximity so the job would not have to be repeated the following year. (Ethical company!)
