We started with quotes from several different suppliers and ecoline won our business with Serge's honesty and professional knowledge as well as the competitive rate. The order arrived with one window broken by accident but ecoline was able to re-order and install it in their 2nd visit. The installation process took 2 days for a whole house window replacement, and the triple-pane vinyl make a huge improvement on energy efficiency and noise reduction. Also need to praise their customer service for quick response on services like screen replacement Its important that someone is always taking care of you after installation, and ecoline does a great job!
