I had a leak my laundry room from the unit above - Peter was responsive and patient as I worked out the particulars with the other owner. Leandro and Pedro, who came to complete the work, were so great as well. They included me in the process, explaining what they were doing, asking questions, and answering my questions with patience. They stayed very late (on a Friday!) to ensure the job was completed - recognizing that my toddler niece would be returning home after the weekend. Thank you so much!
