We've had Tony do so many jobs over the past 5 years so it seems odd that we're reviewing only the recent things that Tony has done. Tony is a total professional who takes incredible care in doing the job well, on budget, and on time. The most recent work had him replace and extend our side deck to our house, and then rebuild a door structure for us in our basement and both jobs followed the same result as all the other work he has done for us. I couldn't recommend him more.

Great experience with CA on Dufflaw. Purchased a fridge, stove, dishwasher and washer/dryer from Joseph Maghsoudi on the sales team. He was particularly patient through a million different requests, changes, etc, and helped us get our products at a great price and delivered quickly. Also incredibly responsive through a number of email exchanges (even responding within a few minutes late at night on a couple of occasions - though unnecessary!) So happy with the experience and would recommend CA and Joseph in particular to anyone.

Replacement of front door and a number of windows - Phil was a pleasure to work with - honest, accurate, and hit all the promised timelines. Installers were great - thorough and quick. Product is fantastic and we couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend them.

Aaron and his team were phenomenal from the outset. They were incredibly thorough in assessing the job, providing suggestions, and ensuring that we were getting the most bang for our buck. The team were in and out in a day, despite running into several issues with rotting wood, and the roof looks fantastic. On top of this, the property was impeccably cleaned afterwards and it was as if no one had been here. Would (and will) recommend these guys to anyone.

Allan quickly assessed a very difficult ductwork extension job and performed a masterful job in helping us get forced air into two rooms that had previously been forced to use baseboards. Can't say enough about how quick, affordable, thorough, and professional he was. Would recommend him to anyone.

Had Platinum come in to install 3 windows, and build a side entrance to our house (including installation of a new door). Great experience all around. Ron, the sales guy, was great and thorough - followed up on everything and gave me comfort knowing we were taken care of. The installation person (Dave?) was fantastic too - gave great advice and was very careful to make sure we were happy with how everything looked upon delivery. Finally, the people in the office who manages the appointments were very friendly and always helpful. On top of this, the work was done impeccably, and the cost was cheaper than most other contractors I received quotes from. I just finished writing a review of a bad company, so I figured I should balance it by writing about one that exceeded my expectations.

I purchased a Groupon (my first mistake) for Chimney Cleaning from these guys. After calling multiple times all day to get an ETA, I finally was contacted at 4:00pm to let me know they were running late. At 7:00pm, a voice message was sent to me (they didn't have the class to call me and talk directly) telling me they weren't coming. I took an entire day off work to wait around for these guys to come by, and they didn't show. Save yourself the time and money and DO NOT buy any group deals from this company. They clearly do not have the capacity to deliver the services they promise. I have promptly written Groupon for a refund because there is no way I would ever trust a company like this to do anything for me in the future.
