We needed help to renovate our kitchen and main floor. We hired Livingscape Renovations to assist us. Our project was plague with delays, contractor errors including removing the stipple ceilings from the wrong rooms, faulty cabinets, contractors using our dinning room as a workshop for other projects and the electrician refusing to continue working with our project manager, more delays and mistakes. We did not enjoy working with Pat and Maureen and cannot recommend them to anyone. Rob C.

Renovations are done by human beings, so unfortunately the occassional mistake is bound to happen. The true value in an effective project management team is that they quickly and efficiently go to work to resolve problems when they do inevitably arise. Admittedly, this poor client had their fare share of mistakes happen on their project. However in every instance, we immediately took measures to correct them - usually the same day - and always at no cost to the client.
In the end, this project was completed on time, and 20% under budget!
