I had a backyard with old paving and a deck that need to be demolished and rebuilt. It was really hard for us to find a contractor to be able to handle this big project from beginning to the end: demolition, deck building, stone paving removal, and landscaping. Fernandinho and his team have done a great job delivering the job in time and quickly. They are very professional and we are happy the quality of the job realized.

The quote was quick and the woman pleasant. The technician comes on time, show us some picture before/after and clean our duct. Everything was really professional and we are grateful for the service.

Mohammed helps us to evaluate our current deck and determine what could be done. He has solid engineering knowledge the foundation and building. I will definitely move forward with him to rebuild once the time come. The pricing for repair and building was really honest and good.

The communication was really hard with them. They were not able to schedule in advance when they will come. I have renovate my kitchen with many contractors and Stonnik was the worst in term of delay and miscommunication.

Andrei is really knowledgeable about flooring and when he cames to visit us, he provided recommendations on the design to make our space wider and options for us to decide. We have installed a new engineered hardwood floor and renovate an existing floor upstairs. Both are well done and Andrei is detailed oriented and he makes sure everything is polished before leaving. We had a very short time line and Tiptop floor did they renovation in time as promised. As I was working I didn’t need to be there checking the work in progress, Andrei was providing picture,FaceTime and clear communication at each step of the process’s. I wish all renovation will be like this. I strongly recommend Andrei and his team .
