I needed to replace some wooden beams (Steve told me they were called ties) in an old man-made roof. Steve was pleasant to deal with and did the job cleanly and well. I appreciated the fact that he replaced the thinner beams that were broken with thicker beams, and also with the fact that he mounted the air-conditioning unit that fell due to the broken beam.
