I had purchased appliances from Bulldog 5 years ago at a previous home and was impressed with the service and 'after care' that I received when the washing machine stopped working 2 weeks after purchase. When the current washer that came with the new house died we went back to Bulldog. Great service at the store and later at delivery and installation. Sales were upfront with the fact that the dryer we purchased was on backorder for 2 weeks and offered to deliver all 4 appliances for free if we waited for all of them to come in or we could have 3 delivered now and pay for the fourth to be delivered later (a very reasonable offer in my view). I have heard stories of the big box stores delivering appliances "to your door" meaning your porch and no further - not Bulldog! Appliances are delivered to where they belong in your house and the old ones are taken away for recycling. I know my sister and her husband were dissapointed to find out that Bulldog is unable to service the LG appliances that they purchased there 5 years ago - but that is an issue with LG and not something that Bulldog has control over except to stop selling LG products (which they have since done). I will continue to go to Bulldog for all my home appliances.
