New floors in Chilliwack We called mobile direct flooring to put a new vinyl floors in our townhouse in Chilliwack. They were very quick, professional, and the results were great. They came in on budget, on time, and they were friendly and easy to work with. The owner, Jordan, even emailed us photos of the work in progress, which was a nice touch. We would highly recommend this company in the future!
Electrical panel upgrade in Chilliwack
As a professional building inspector, I had been referring business to dead level electrical for years. When it came for us to upgrade our old, rusty electrical panel, we contacted Bob and Freddy to get the job done. They came out right away, took care of the permits, did everything on time and on budget, and workmanship was excellent. My wife and I hired Arne to inspect our potential home purchase in Chilliwack - we knew the house needed work, however we wanted to get a detailed list of defects and repairs needed. The booking process was very easy and Arne sent a detailed confirmation email quickly, with a contract and list of how to prepare for the inspection. On the day of inspection he showed up promptly on time and went to work inspecting every nook and cranny of the building. He took many photos during the inspection, and was even able to squeeze his arm and camera into the 12” high crawlspace to identify the location of the water shut off valves. We found him to be very professional, polite and easy to speak to during the entire process. At the end of the inspection, we were given a review of the major items and overall condition. Later that evening, we received a highly detailed report by email, with photographs and descriptions of all the deficiencies. To say we were impressed is an understatement. Arne surpassed our expectations and we will be referring him to friends and family at every opportunity!

As a professional Home Inspector, I am especially careful about the quality of the work done by contractors that I recommend. That being said, Tony at Taves roofing is fantastic. We came across a home in Surrey with a brand-new roof (installed by other guys) that was atrocious. Tony and the crew came in and rehabilitated the roof. It's now a great roof that is installed well. They use quality products and never cheap out on material (such as using a base sheet and cap sheet and calling it a 2-ply. That's not a 2 ply, a proper 2 ply is base, double flam sheet and cap sheet). I have sent multiple jobs his way, and he and crew always deliver a great product at a good price. Would highly recommend.

We use CT Control Temp for our boiler maintenance in our Strata complex. The serviceman they send is really knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He got our #3 boiler back up and running after another company broke it while cleaning the burners. Would highly recommend, especially for commerical and large residential projects.
I hired this company to fix my broken freezer - the defrost timer was busted. The serviceman showed up on time, melted all the ice and had it fixed in approx. one hour. Great fast service. Would use again.
