You really can't ask for better customer service. Our sales person, Mike was very hands on and always quick to respond to our questions, comments, phone calls, and emails. He never leaves us hanging and we still talk with him today. The pool was built and installed very quickly - in fact in less than a month we had our pool! The pool itself is exceptional and we enjoy it thoroughly everyday. We were able to customize the design layout to cost LESS than the actual plan. They even gave us one of those fancy grills that are set in the tile counter and stucco base - for free! Then Mike, our wonderful sales person recommended a gate company to help us make our pool safe for the family and our neighbors. Really, this company is truly 100% about their customer service and making sure that their customers are happy.

We signed a 2 year contract with Bulwark Exterminators after our neighbors referred them to us. We've had scorpion infestations, as well as your other standard desert bugs & spiders. They come once a month and spend 5 minutes tops on our yard and they book it out of here. I'm impressed that they can get done the yard so fast considering we have one of the largest lots here. Our last home (Surprise, AZ) had a yard just 1/4 the size of this and our exterminator spent a minimum of 20 minutes there, if not longer - and that was just the outside. Their rushed spraying shows - we still have scorpions, we've had some nasty looking bugs, and we're even finding scorpions in the house now! Which by the way, they have not bothered to exterminate in the house since the very first time we signed the contract - just over a year ago! We are stuck with the 2 year contract unfortunately. Which is just crazy because now we go and buy our own industrial strength insecticides and repellants (cykill etc) which seem to be working well. But it's frustrating that we're paying them to do this service, when we have to do it for ourselves. However, whenever you call Bulwark they are quick to send someone out to assess the problem. They make a lot of promises, and it seems like they genuinely want to keep their word - but they're either overwhelmed or they just have an incompetent staff.
