Roof leaked with the first rainfall
They undercut every other quote but their work was substandard. The roof leaked two weeks later with the first heavy rainfall leading to damage to our ceiling, two walls and the floor. They returned and re-caulked an area and agreed to have someone come out to repair the damage caused. However, they texted back a few days later refusing to pay for any damages saying we should file a claim with our home insurance. AVOID! UPDATE: K&P Roofing reluctantly submitted a claim and their insurance company assessed over $10,000 in damages to our home. However, K&P withdrew the claim after we did not remove this review as they requested.
