I purchased $4,000 worth of appliances from this place. They fridge came leaking. The glass top on the stove cracked the first time I turned on the oven. The RUDE owner told me it was my fault and I must have stood on it or dropped something heavy on it. Honestly, I would NEVER buy ANYTHING here EVER again.

Approximate cost of services:
$4,000.00

Company Response

In response to Rob,
The fridge was not leaking, there was a water connection piece on the back of the fridge that was not properly sealed and we replaced it promptly. We do honour our warranty. In regards to the cooktop, delivery took place 3-4 weeks prior to Rob calling and notifying us that the cooktop had cracked. When we asked why was he just now using it, his response was that his cabinets and countertop had just finished being installed.
Cooktops don't just crack when you turn them on, in Rob's own words "it looks like a hammer hit it". When we asked for a picture Rob responded with a picture and it does in fact look like a hammer hit it. When we attempted to explain, it is likely his contractors had placed or dropped something on the surface and when he turned it on the heat expanded the crack, Rob began using threats and abusive tactics. Warranty does not cover physical damage done at the customers home after delivery is signed off on as non damaged.
We made an offer to Rob that we would split the cost of the new cooktop surface and installation. Rob responded with more abusive threats and language.
We understand accidents happen and in these cases attempt at reaching a middle ground. While we appreciate Rob's business, we like most people/business do not appreciate abuse.
We hope that anyone reading these reviews will take both sides into consideration when choosing where to purchase appliances.
