I learned about Floorwood Solutions a year ago from a forum i frequent and was impressed about how Patricia responds to everyone's queries. I sent her an email an she replied promptly. After a few exchanges, i decided to wait for another year because I didn't want to settle for anything less. I am glad we waited and had our hardwood installation done this year from Floorwood by Robert and Derek. The results are very impressive. We did not have to worry about anything as they took care of everything and all the work was done professionally. They are very organized and work efficiently. Patricia responds to emails and provides insights and clarification whenever I have any questions. We certainly look forward to have the stairs and rest of the house done by them too.
