We wanted to put in a new deck, seeing that our old deck had taken quite the beating from mother nature over the years. We decided to make it bigger than the old one, however our tree was in the way. We loved the tree, so we decided to look for a company that could transplant it elsewhere on our property. One of our friends suggested Nu-Way, so we called them up. It took about four days of my wife and myself calling before they finally got back to us. After going through the details of what we wanted done, we were given an estimate. Seeing that they were much cheaper than their competition we went with them. My wife and I were pleased with the job they did. They did exactly as we asked and our tree survived the transplant. The deck, on the otherhand, is still a work in progress...

After having had Trugreen for a few years, we decided to switch over to Scotts Lawn Service. They had much better prices and Trugreen was underperforming. The lawncare specialists do an excellent job. They come in whenever we need them, they do a thorough job on our entire property, and come back if we feel they did a poor job. My lawn is the greenest it has ever looked and you cannot beat the price.

Since moving into our house, we have had a major ant problem. They would come out about 3 times per year to treat our house. A few days after the first application, we would not see any more ants for the rest of the year. However, our ant problem persisted for almost 6 years. Frustrated, I called the sales office to complain. One of the managers understood my frustrations and offered to come out to my house and have a look. He came to the house a couple days later, did a walk through of our house and property, and sprayed in any areas he thought they might be in. Within 4 hours of him leaving, an entire ant colony had surfaced from within the house. After three more applications over a two week period, we have yet to see another ant.

The technician was easy to deal with. He not only saved us quite a bit of money when he gave us a break on our monthly service fees, he also did not try to sell us a bunch of equipment that we did not need (he actually suggested against some of it). We have been using them for about a year without any problems. The monitoring company even calls to verify that everything is fine whenever the alarm goes off. Great Company! Great System! Great Prices!

We choose Trugreen because of their reputation. The first two years we were pretty happy with the job they did, however they started doing a terrible job. The lawncare specialist began missing entire strips of our lawn and he would forget to go to the back of our property line (even after we would remind him). Our lawn was looking terrible, so I called them to come back. Once again we were disappointed with his performance. This problem persisted for the rest of the year, so we recently decided to go with another lawn service.
