I had (Fred Kawamoto) Creative Lighting Solutions came out to my home a few years back to upgrade my home electrical system. Work entailed upgrading my Electrical panel from 100 amp to 200 Amp. Passed City inspection and PG&E first time. I guess having 5 PC's in the house, with AC can really be a drain on a 100 amp home electrical system. So Fred suggested the 200 Amp upgrade and spread out the electrical systems and balance out the circuit breaker. Fred and his crew are great, they are extremely courteous and great to work with.

We bought our house 10 years ago and decided to have a home inspection to find out how it had been holding up.Our inspector noticed evidence that we had some termites in our garage wall and suggested we call a termite company to do an inspection.I had seen a television commercial for Pacific Coast Termite on tv. I decided to give Pacific Coast Termite a call. Jeff came out to the house and did a full inspection. He was friendly and knowlegeable. He determined we did have two areas in the house that had minor termite problems and suggested we treat them and also do a perventative treatment in our garage and attic. We were also glad to know that both our termite issues were fairly new and we did not have extensive damage. I think these guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job. Make sure you clear everything out in areas that are being sprayed with foam to avoid sticky residue.

Steve Farber, owner of Farber roof company came out and checked out my problem and decided that the roof looked ok but decided to caulk an area where he thought the water was coming in. It was not a major leak but judging where the dampness was on the inside made his analysis. We'll have to wait until it rains to see if he was correct. However, Steve said to give him a call if the problem isn't rectified. I got the feeling that Steve was totally honest and not trying to sell me a bill of goods by telling me I needed a new roof. He even said that he'd try to simplist approach first and if that worked then things would be cool. He was almost apologetic for charging me $100 for the house call and recaulking the area he thought was the cause of the problem. He was a hell of a lot more reasonable than another local company. There is no doubt I will call Steve for any of my future roofing needs.

All Fence built our side and back fence with a real nice looking neighbor friendly style fencing, all redwood and well built. I had several estimates done before deciding with them. Pricing is on the high side but then again quality of the work out weights it more. I'm really happy.

While digging in the front yard, I hit the main water line, which was buried a mere 3 inches or so below ground! It was Saturday 5PM. Great! Of the 5 or so places I called, Bel Carlos was the only one to return the call, and within minutes. Craig came by Sunday morning, and suggested to replace the water line since it was no longer to code and there are no more fittings available for the material that was used. His quote was reasonable, and the next day we had a brand new copper main line, 18 inches below ground (no more damage while digging). I highly recommend Craig and Bel Carlos.
