The service from RTC Appliances was excellent. The person who answered the phone was polite and knowledgable. She advised me of the covid protocols and what to expect from the technician. I was able to get a service appointment very quickly. The technician, Lee, was prompt in calling to give me a window of time to expect him. Then he called again to tell me he would arrive in 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem with the freezer and then explained the options for repair. I would highly recommend RTC Appliances and will definitely call them again.
