I cannot praise Paul Wagner and his company enough. They installed the original wood floors in this house over 20 years ago and did a superb job for a very good price. Then a couple of years later, we were flooded and Paul and his helper removed the old floors and installed new ones at MATERIAL COST ONLY and he even got some ofthe materials donated. The fifteen years later, another flood, but this time we had flood insurance and again he removed the old flooring and installed the new one and did such a perfect job for us. We have recommended Wagner Floors to many people over the years and have NEVER had anyone come back to us with a complaint...in fact, many people have gone out of their way to tell us how wonderful Paul is to work with.

Not only is John Patterson a great contractor who really knows his business, but he is a really good person who is honest to a fault and he will see that everything is right with the business you do with him. He is always the first person we call if we need air and heat servicel. He is a local who has lived in Mansfield all his life. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
