We wanted a pre-purchase inspection on our new home before removing subjects and David was recommended to us. He walked us through our home, room-by-room offering his findings and tips for remediation/resolution in a clear manner. His inspection was very thorough and the detailed inspection report was delivered to us within a few hours. We are very happy with Fairbairn Home inspection services and will recommend to friends!
