I was extremely pleased with the service received from PlumbWize technician Chris. He was polite, friendly and very competent. My toilet issue (shut off value not opening after I turned it off to change the flapper) was resolved within an hour, including parts, and I found the pricing to be very fair. Definite thumbs up from me!!
