A&R Renovations did a fantastic job from start to finish and Hamid was 100% dedicated to keeping the customer happy. We had several requirements and requests that were not the norm when it comes to basement renovations, Hamid completed everything within budget and at the highest quality of workmanship. I would recommend A&R Renovations and they will be my first call if we decide to take on another renovation. As well as being very happy with the finished result, I was also impressed with the work ethic (9:00am start every day without fail), there is nothing worse than wondering if the contractor is going to show today or not. I contacted Shay by email and sent a number of photos of the roof in question. Shay answered many of my questions in great detail, and listed options and price details. His colleague Cory completed the job in just over a day. The quality of the work looks great, and Cory did a great job in showing his work with photos at different stages of the job. The roof was not in good shape before so there was a slight increase in cost from the original quote, (but that was half expected). I would recommend this company.

After getting a few other quotes ‘G&C Tile’ was around the price we hoped it would be, we had also been told by other companies that they would have to remove the skirting boards to do the job (this seemed a bit unnecessary to me, and maybe a reason to bump up the cost). Giovanni was great to deal with, no mess, no fuss, no skirting board removal, job done in 2 days, and we are very happy with end result. I will recommend him for sure.
